Terms of Service
1. General Conditions
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the AraWin game. By using the game, you agree to these Terms.
2. User Accounts
You are required to provide accurate and complete information when registering for the game.
You are responsible for the security of your account information.
Any fraud, cheating, or harmful behavior may result in your account being suspended or deleted.
3. Game Conduct
Harassment or offensive behavior towards other users is strictly prohibited.
Any actions that disrupt the in-game order are forbidden.
4. Ads and Third-Party Services
Ads may be displayed in the game through AdMob and Facebook Advertising Services.
Details about ads are covered under the Privacy Policy.
5. Changes to Tournaments and Prizes
AraWin reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel a tournament where justified by a technical failure, suspected cheating or abuse, a security risk, force majeure, applicable law or a decision of a competent authority, the objective impossibility of procuring a prize, or a similar legitimate reason that prevents the tournament from being conducted fairly and securely.
If it becomes objectively impossible to procure an announced prize, AraWin may, where reasonably possible, offer another prize of equal or greater market value. Participants will be informed through appropriate communication channels if a tournament or prize is changed or cancelled.
Players who violate the participation conditions or are found to have cheated or manipulated a tournament result may be disqualified and may lose their entitlement to a prize. This provision does not permit AraWin to withdraw, without a legitimate reason, a prize duly won in a tournament that has started or concluded, and it does not limit users' rights under applicable law.
AraWin may decide whether future tournaments that have not yet started will be held with or without prizes. Whether a tournament offers prizes and the applicable prize conditions will be announced before participation begins.
6. Liability Limitations
The game is provided "As Is." The developer offers no guarantees for technical issues or connection interruptions.
7. Changes
AraWin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced within the game or on the website.
8. Legal Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
Data Deletion Policy
Requesting Data Deletion
Users can request data deletion by sending an email to support@arawin.co with the subject "Data Deletion Request." Include your account details and specify the data to be deleted.
Identity verification may be required.
Data Deletion Process
Once your request is received, it will be processed within a maximum of 30 business days. You will receive a confirmation email after your data is deleted.
Exceptions
In some cases, data may need to be retained for legal obligations. Such data will only be used for legal purposes, and you will be informed accordingly.

- Prize delivery or shipping service providers, only when necessary to complete delivery
- Legal authorities if required by law
5. User Rights
Under the KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your data is being processed
- Request correction of incorrect or incomplete data
- Request deletion or destruction of your data
- Object to the processing of your data

6. Tournament Prize Data Processing
Information submitted through the prize form is transmitted over a secure connection and processed only for prize selection, winner communication and delivery. It is not used for advertising.
This information is retained only for the period required to complete delivery, handle related requests and comply with applicable legal obligations.
